As you will all be aware, the coronavirus is becoming a more widespread and immediate threat to all of us. I want you, our members, to be assured that we’re doing everything we can to protect you. We have decided to close our Halewood Branch as a temporary measure and will close on Thursday the 19th March. Our message to you is that your money is safe, and although we are closing this branch , we’ll be doing everything we can to make sure it doesn’t impact on the services we provide.
It’s with this in mind, that we’re urging you to register for online access if you haven’t already. It’s safe, secure and easy to use. You’ll have access to your money when you need it most, and we’ll work hard behind the scenes to make sure this happens. Register for access here: https://safe.enterprisecreditunion.org/register
You’ll be able to view, withdraw, and deposit to your accounts from the comfort of your own home. You’ll also be able to send secure messages, should you wish to speak to us directly.
In addition to this, if you find you’ve been financially affected during this time, let us know. We’re here to listen and to try and help find solutions for you.
Please remember, our phone lines are very busy at this time, and we would urge you to register for our online service as a priority. You can also email us at creditcontrol@enterprisecreditunion.org, or head to our website to speak to our online virtual assistant, Bob, 24/7.
We’d also like to remind members that as part of the credit union, we provide life insurance on all savings and loans.
Finally, whilst we continue to take guidance from the UK Government and NHS England, we want to assure you that we have contingencies in place for you to continue to access our service. For updates on branch openings and messages, follow us on social media, below.
