Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, this year’s AGM will be held via webinar. It is the first time Enterprise has undertaken an AGM in this way, but it allows everyone attending to remain safe in your own homes. The usual business will be undertaken, and we have a guest speaker:

Amend Section 1) to read:

1. an individual who resides or is employed in the locality of the Borough of Knowsley, the Borough of St Helens, the Borough of Warrington, the City of Liverpool, the Borough of Sefton, the Borough of Wirral and the Borough of Halton as delineated on the below map in blue.
